My husband surprised me with a nice arrangement of flowers balloons and a big old stuffed bear for my birthday / our anniversary because they are literally two days apart and they were absolutely beautiful down to the handwritten card now I know it was my husband's words but you know they at least took their time to handwrite it versus printing it out on a computer I think that shows you know just a little more initiative versus typing it out and printing it I recommend these guys for anybody needing flowers they get 10 out of 10 Stars if I could

Covid is a difficult time. We were unable to attend our cousin's funeral. We sent flowers thru Riverview Florists and crossed our fingers. The flowers were beautiful, delivered early and we received multiple compliments. Thank you for representing us and for doing such a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend Riverview Florists.

I ordered these flowers for a funeral. I specified they had to be there Monday. I received a confirmation. So far, good. Thursday, I received an email saying the flowers had been delivered, leading me to believe they were not delivered Monday, as expected. I contacted a relative to see if she saw the flowers and she said there was such a crush of people, she didn't even look at the flowers. I was left wondering if my flowers were even received before the funeral.

Your flowers were delivered for 11/9/21 for the funeral in Hookstown, Pa. The confirmation was sent late because we were extremely busy and didn't take time to do it, our priority being getting the flowers out on time. I am sorry your flowers did not last, however, they were sent in January and your review is from March. Had you let us know the lilies did not last, we would have sent another bouquet as soon as available. During this Covid time, we have limited ability to get flowers as soon as we would like on a weekend,flowers of a specific nature need a little more notice is necessary. All our flowers are fresh to us, we have no idea how long they have been at our supplier and are willing to correct any problem you may have if given notice quickly.

Sherry, I wanted to let you know how happy I was with your service. In mid-April, during Covid 19, when I tried to find a ficus tree, I called you and you said, "they're really hard to find right now because our suppliers are all closed." And then you said, "but give me a little bit of time, and I'll find you one. I'll do my best" That is exactly the professionalism I wanted to hear. It took your suppliers, not you, nearly a month to get you one. You delivered it the same day and it's beautiful. You are the best.

Sunday, March 6, 2017 was the second time I received the news late about the passing of someone close to us. As before, the service was the next Monday.
Each time, I took a chance that Riverview Florists would receive my request(s) in time for the service. On each occasion, I stated the amount I wished to spend- when/where the flowers needed to be delivered.
Each time I was billed the amount I had stated.
Each time the arrangements were AWESOME!!!!
